Hosting & colocation
Racks and networks in partner data centers in Amsterdam, Frankfurt and the US since the late 1990s. We have bought, run and retired enough servers to know what one is worth in year three.
Our team has accumulated close to thirty years of experience in hosting, cloud infrastructure, finance and law across several countries. We have set up and managed hosting platforms in partner data centers in Europe and the US, financed the hardware behind them, and dealt with a few leases that went wrong along the way. Now we do the same for other operators.

Commercial contracts, security over equipment, cross-border enforcement and lease restructurings in the US, EU and UAE, with local counsel where the equipment sits.
A Delaware limited liability company with its registered office in Wilmington, Delaware. The governing law of a contract depends on where the equipment is located: the US, EU or UAE.
Partner infrastructure and crews in Amsterdam, Frankfurt and Dubai; equipment delivered to, collected from and stored at these locations.
Assets Matters is funded by the company's own capital and by partner lessors. We do not take deposits or offer consumer finance.
Every counterparty and every unit of equipment goes through full KYC and AML checks. See also KYC & AML and Legal & Regulatory.
A three-year-old server is still inventory to us. Pricing it for its next life is what makes the numbers work for the lessee and the lessor.
Problems are usually worked out on paper first. Nothing moves until everyone has agreed and signed.
We would rather walk away from a deal than skip a check. It is what lets our funding partners, and our lessees, sleep at night.
