Legal entity

Assets Matters LLC is a limited liability company formed under the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. The company is privately held and managed by its members. Our registered office is in Wilmington, Delaware; operational contact is through [email protected] and +1 212 729 6363.

Nature of business

We lease server, storage and network equipment to businesses, purchase equipment from businesses (outright or under sale-and-leaseback), finance long-term equipment contracts of operators and integrators, and restructure equipment leases on behalf of lessors and lessees. All transactions are business-to-business.

What we are not

  • We are not a bank and do not take deposits.
  • We do not provide consumer credit, consumer leases or any financial product to individuals.
  • We do not provide investment advice, payment services, money transmission, or currency exchange.
  • We do not act as a debt collection agency; restructuring work is carried out under the existing contracts and with the agreement of the parties.

Sanctions and anti-money-laundering

We do not transact with persons, entities or jurisdictions subject to sanctions administered by OFAC, the European Union, the United Kingdom or the United Nations. Every counterparty and every unit of equipment is subject to the checks described on our KYC & AML page before a contract is signed. Payments are accepted only from, and made only to, accounts held in the counterparty's own name. We do not accept cash or crypto-assets.

Export controls

High-performance computing hardware, including data center GPUs, may be subject to US and EU export-control rules. We check the destination and end user of such equipment before delivery and do not ship to destinations that would require an authorisation we do not hold.

Governing law

Lease, purchase and restructuring agreements are governed by the law chosen in the agreement, typically the law of the jurisdiction where the equipment is installed (United States, a European Union member state, or the United Arab Emirates).

Complaints

Counterparties, lenders or any third party with a concern about our conduct may write to [email protected] with "Complaint" in the subject line. We acknowledge within five business days and respond in writing within thirty.
